"The day before the taxi service was due, at approximately 15-00 on Friday 28th November, I received a call from the assigned taxi firm (World Tour Ltd) telling me that he was cancelling my booking for the following day.
The reason he gave was that the company was owed a lot of money by Taxicode for previous journeys booked via them, that, despite several attempts, he had been unable to contact Taxicode, and so he was cancelling all bookings made via them, including mine for the following day.
I therefore ended up having to rebook via another source."
